Alpha phase to close

In this version I have introduced portfolios. You can track multiple sets of wallet addresses together. In the near future I will be attributing prices to stakes and introducing a net worth feature. The tracking of anonymous users is difficult but so they have the smallest number of portfolios limit (2 to 4). Registering (restricted at this time) will allow them to have several. Plus we can then say ahh user "Richard" is tracking 10 sets of wallets, and present them in a nice pretty list.
